The biggest difference at this bak kut teh is served, the old school bowls, no claypot. Different types of ingredients are served in its own bowl, lean meat, fatty meat, innards, Chinese mushroom, Enokitake mushroom, yau char kuai, and tofu are some of the items you can order. Some of these items come in slightly different broth than the main bak kut teh soup, like the mushroom.

Herbal Bak Kut Teh
This herbal Bak Kut Teh taste really different from the common bak kut teh due to the much kind of herbal that used. The clay pot Bak Kut Teh came with plenty of pork (fatty and non fatty), ribs, intestine, stomach, mushroom (2 types), vegetables, and some crispy fu chok (dried bean curd skin) on top. The soup was pretty strong and tasty, as you can see from the herbs that they put into it.
